Granite

Description

Granite is one of the most common igneous rocks in nature. It makes up about 95% of the volume of all intrusive rocks in the continental crust. It contains quartz, orthoclase, biotite and other materials. Granite is one of the hard rocks due to its high content of quartz and feldspar, but it has a relatively lower density than the other intrusive rocks. Besides, it has a low water absorption rate and high resistance to cold. Hence it is suitable for interior and exterior use, for walls and wall linings, floors, stairs, kitchen countertops and bathroom countertops, columns, etc. It is easy to maintain and keeps its lustre for a long time.
